'What a wonderful introduction to Croatia. The apartment is beautiful. Better than the pictures. It is quaint, clean, perfectly located and the walls and restaurants are just outside. It’s a short walk from two fortress gates. There are stairs, but that’s old world Europe. '

'The Pucic Palace I see as a hotel de charme. Staff very helpful and friendly. We were there in April 2022, so a bit early in the season. As such their outside terrace (elevated one) was not yet open. Breakfast was good with some special touches. Only downside I can think of there is no lounge to sit and read. Generally very unique and friendly. Can really recommend! '

'I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. The bed was so comfortable, with soft white robes, luxurious towels, and a beautiful bathroom featuring both a large tub and separate shower. 'Mooie locatie binnen de oude stadsmuren. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je zelf met je bagage van de poort van de stad naar je accomodatie moet lopen Eenmaal binnen de muren kijk je je ogen uit . Veel te zien. Hele schone stad. Er is geen.lift in het appartementen complex dus als je op de bovenste etage verblijft moet je 4 trappen op. Bagage wordt keurig baar boven en beneden gebracht'

'Wat een subliem uitzicht op de oude stad heb je vanuit deze accommodatie. Heerlijk om op je balkon te zitten en hiervan te genieten. Daarnaast is er een groot terras bij de eigenaar, waar je ook op mag zitten. De eigenaar is bijzonder vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. Het appartement was keurig schoon, qua inrichting een beetje verouderd, maar we hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Let wel op dat je een paar honderd traptreden op en af moet om in de oude stad te komen. De straat waaraan dit...

'Only downside is bathroom has glass walls that you can pull drapes for privacy but sadly no ceiling. If you need privacy to do your business it might not be the best choice. Other than that it is a great space up several flights of stairs.'

'beautifully restored, very comfortable, just a few rooms and guests. Very quite. Rooms were lovely and well appointed. Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. It is portable and could be moved around the corner. '
