'Camera pulita, personale gentile 5 stelle meritate'

'Geweldig. Alles was super.

Personeel is vriendelijk'

'Staff were very helpful with information about nearest metro etc .... room was nice and clean and although the air con worked well it was falling apart.'

'Its clean and close to the metro..the only thing is that they took 6£ extra for each person as a tourist tax which wasn’t communicated before'

'Communication was very good. Very helpful from the start to the end. Bedding was not clean and smelly. Didn't use the bathroom/shower. Toilet was clean and kitchen was decent. Otherwise all was okay.'

'We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to...
