Herenhuizen in Apulië

'Everything about this place is misleading. Not sure who wrote the reviews. You have to wait for check in instructions through WhatsApp and take a picture of your passport. The “hotel” is the third floor of a building with lots of other things going on. No one is around. The brochure says something about breakfast and a spa. That’s hilarious. The room is clean, someone comes to service it, bathroom is nice. Balcony onto the street. WiFi was out the second day there. I didn’t try to contact...

'Right in the center of Polignano. Located in one of tge most crowded streets, but still very quite though. To get to the accommodation by car is possible to (un)load. Parking is 10 min walk (for free) or €25,- incl shuttle. Very kind staff, good breakfast, ideal rooms. '

'When entering the hallway it looked amazing. White marble floors and stylish paintings. Then a 3 step to get to a elevator (i didnt use it cause i used the stair that is aside) Then entering the apartments. It looked clean and stylish. My room, with a queensize boxspring with two stand aside closets, good pressured floating water in the bathroom, a tv (wich doesnt have international channels, but they never do), a bureau with chair, chair and closet. 'We moesten op een andere locatie inchecken en daardoor nog 15 min naar het appartement lopen. Uiteindelijk wel duidelijke uitleg gekregen hoe in te checken. Hotel ziet er verouderd uit en buitenkant van gebouw was niet heel zichtbaar. Midden in het nieuwere stadsdeel. Alles goed op loopafstand te doen! Makkelijk contact te krijgen met personeel. '

'Hotel is net open. Wordt veel aandacht gegeven aan “bloggers/instagrammers”. Hotel kent geen hospitality. Ontvangst was zeer summier. Mensen in de keuken zeer vriendelijk, met Google translate gecommuniceerd, rest van personeel niet open voor vragen. '

'We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.'

'La photo ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité ; ambiance lugubre ; pas de chauffage à l'arrivée et il faut attendre 19h pour qu'il se mette en route. Aucun service, rien dans le réfrigérateur, une mini savonnette, pas de gel douche, ni champoing, serviettes usagées et grises, couette avec trous de cigarette. Accès à la chambre par un corridor encombré, serrure du corridor HS. Accueil lamentable, remise des cles et encaissement de la taxe de sejour et rien d'autre. La petsonne est repartie...
