    Dit is een huis met 2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer voor 4 personen. Geweldig voor een groep vrienden of een klein gezin. Het is ook ideaal voor een uitje met een stel voor een spotprijs. Gelegen op de heuvel met uitzicht op het indrukwekkende uitzicht op de baai van Monterey; deze eenheid bevindt zich in een rustig en over het algemeen privécomplex. Deze gelijkvloerse huur is goed ingericht, goed verzorgd en volledig ingericht.

    Een slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met uitzicht op de oceaan en een tv met dvd. De tweede kamer heeft een queensize bed en uitzicht op het complexe zwembad. Beide kamers hebben een eigen deur naar het toilet, dat is ingericht met een ligbad.

    U komt binnen in een lichte woonkamer met uitgestrekt uitzicht op de baai en het beroemde Cement Ship. Er is ook een gashaard en een flatscreen-tv met dvd. De woonkamer heeft veel zitplaatsen voor een groep vrienden en familie. Drie barkrukken zitten aan de keukenbar die uitkijken op de volledig ingerichte keuken; een geweldige set-up voor entertainment, gezelligheid en ontspanning. Om het uitzicht beter te kunnen bekijken, stapt u het privéterras op dat zich direct naast de woonkamer bevindt. Hier zult u gebruik maken van een BBQ en buiten zitplaatsen. U heeft toegang tot het zwembad en heeft 2 privéparkeerplaatsen. De woning heeft een wasmachine en droger.

    Het is een zeer korte wandeling naar het beroemde "10 Mile Beach" Het huis is gunstig gelegen nabij een bekende deli (Pixie Deli), koffiebar, supermarkt en high-end restaurant (Cafe Rio). U bent ook binnen 2 mijl van supermarkten, restaurants, bioscoop, benzinestations, golfbaan, tennisbaan, en nog veel meer!

Great ocean views with easy access to the pool and parking. We loved the large outdoor space with lots of seating and even a grill. Great central location to head out to easily head out to Monterey/Carmel or Santa Cruz. Easy check in and the rental office was super responsive and close by.

The view from the deck was stunning! I couldn’t avast for a better setting.

We stayed at this condo in August and the highlight was definitely the view — absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to see whales right from the balcony, which made the trip unforgettable. The location was convenient, and overall the space had good potential for a relaxing getaway.That said, there were some drawbacks. The condo didn’t provide beach towels or boogie boards, which would have been a nice touch considering the setting. The bigger issue was that we noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing and made the space feel less clean than we would have liked.If the owners address the bathroom issue and add some basic amenities for beach use, this could easily be a five-star spot. As it stands, the views are amazing, but the details could use some attention.

See fabulous ocean sunsets from this condo!

This 2 bedroom condo was comfortable and clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen with lots of utensils, dishes, pots and pans, and even baking sheets. It is up on a hill, and the ocean views are fabulous. One can sit at the dining table and watch the sun set over the ocean, which I did on several evenings. I loved hearing the sounds of the ocean waves from the bedroom I slept in. There is one dedicated parking space very close to the condo. The property managers were very friendly and responsive when I needed some help figuring out how to get the gas fireplace going, which was nice as it can get a bit chilly in Aptos in Jan. There is a washer and dryer in the condo, also, which I used. I loved my stay here!

We had the banging with demolition, and sawing and hammering during working hours for much of our stay. It prevented us from enjoying listening to the waves, relaxing, and enjoying the unit. The condo is exactly as it's advertised. Dated but very functional. Convenient parking, right on near the beach and good food near buy. We are very happy with our stay and will be back.

We spent most of our time gazing at the ocean and beach. We saw 4 dolphins and a hawk landed on the bannister right in front of us. The kitchen and bath could use some updating. Small pool right near the condo. Parking covered right nearby. Very well supplied kitchen. Bring your own condiments.
