'This hotel is a true gem. It’s brand new, with spacious, spotless, and modern rooms. I stayed in a room with a pool view, sauna, and balcony — and everything was perfect. The location is also ideal: if you're looking to be close to both Nea Chora beach and the charming Old Venetian Harbour + old town, this is the place for you. Both are just a 10-minute walk away. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I’ve never felt this...

'We had a beautiful stay at the Consolato boutique! We stayed in a room with a hot tub and it was great after a rainy day in Crete. The hotel was very clean! Only tip is to pack light they have many flights of stairs for some rooms that are hard to navigate with luggage! Would stay here again!'

'Mooi hotel in het oude centrum van Chania. Wel lastig met de auto bereikbaar maar voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving. Ontvangst was hartelijk en de kamer prima in orde. '

'It’s a small boutique hotel, very beautiful. No amenities. Breakfast is limited. I booked because it was one of the only hotels that mentioned parking but when I arrived, I found out it was an additional cost.'

'The suite was sparkling clean and just as charming as the photos. Linens and towels were fresh and crisp, and surprise, even a robe and slippers!!! Amazing location in the heart of Old Town Chania with shops and dining options just outside the door. Take a short stroll to the center of the major shopping district with seemingly unlimited dining options and days and days worth of shopping. Or walk 10 minutes along the coast to a a string of dining options along the sea. The two flight walk...

'The staff was wonderful! They stayed open late for our arrival. The room was huge and the view was amazing!!! Will definitely stay here again.'
