'The house was dirty, pillows were yellow and gross looking, only two washcloths, coffee pot had water stains on it. We bought sheets because everything looked dirty! I opened the microwave to heat up my food and there was an IHOP container left behind from another guest with food in it and the food was MOLDY!!! Around the toilet and in the tub was gross! I was also told to put the towels we used in the washing machine and to wash dishes, but was told that the cleaners “had a lot of work to do”...

'We rented both sides and it is a absolutely beautiful property! We had everything we needed. The host was very attentive to our needs and we would definitely stay there again if we were in that area.'

'Property had a few issues one being it only had 2 tvs in the entire house 1 in the upstairs bedroom and 1 in the living room, The master bedroom and 2 of the upstairs kids rooms did not have any Tv's and also the sink in the upstairs bathroom plumbing was either stopped up or had some other issues because it definitely wouldn't drain and they also did not even supply extra trash bags, or wash cloths so be prepared..also the upstairs bedroom with the Tv had a live spider in between the sheets and...

'The location is great if you are going to the Lenovo center, the fairgrounds and downtown. The backyard was fenced in with ample room for the dog to use. One of the beds had no box springs and a super cushiony mattress so it had no support and you could not roll over in it without it making a lot of noise. The house is in need of new painting, repairs (the bathtubs stop drain did not work, missing hand cloth rack…). The house rules were a bit ridiculous filled possible fines.'

'We traveled to Raleigh for my son's NCSU orientation. The communication with Midge the owner was easy and we were able to reach her both through the VRBO platform and via text. The neighborhood was cute - all the homes were similar in size and when we walked around the block in the evening several neighbors said hello and the one directly next door offered my dad a chair for sitting outside.
