'夕飯も朝ご飯もブュッフェで豪華で種類も豊富でとにかく良かった！ 夜ご飯の時間帯が、人が多い時間帯で、思うように取りに行けず怯んでた娘たちでしたが、朝は早い時間なら空いていて、ゆっくりと食事を楽しめた。スタッフの方が、空いたお皿を絶妙なタイミングで片付けに来てくれたので、テーブル上を気にする事なくお代わりを取りに行けた。天空露天のお風呂は、山が正面に見え、その後ろからピンク色に染まる朝焼けが見れて荘厳な絶景。看板があるにも関わらず、携帯を持参して湯船に持ち込み、景色を撮っている人がいたのが唯一の残念だった…。気が付いていたけど誰も何も言えなかった…。他は文句なし！　また行きたいです。'

'What a gem of a hotel to consider if visiting Nikko. This hotel has few rooms but fantastic staff and great service. Our breakfast and dinner were included and they were excellent. The private hot spring in the hotel was nice private and relaxing experience. You are within blocks of the temple and shrine and Shinkyo bridge. The rooms have complimentary drinks and snacks and are spotless and in good condition. Upon check out they provide free transportation to the train station. Ten out...

'Verzorgd en mooi klassiek hotel. De kamer was erg schoon en ruim. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en het ontbijt was fijn. Wij hebben bijzonde genoten van de onsen die al bij de prijs in zat!'
