'Very friendly staff, they did everything for you. Good advice and arranged a daytrip. Very safe, always someone there. Clean room, good breakfast. Only thing, bathroom was very small and didn't had most practical design.

'Room was hot, one tiny window opened on the wall of windows. If you have to take your clothes off, you have to draw the heavy curtain over the window which is suffocating.
If you want the window open for air, anyone outside the room can see you in bed.
They should either put in a heat pump or find some other way to cool or put fresh air in the room without affecting privacy. I ended up forfeiting my $ there and went to get a room in another hotel. The hotel overall was beautiful and the...

'We only stayed one night, but Casa ELA was very nice. We had an ensuite bathroom. The water pressure and temperature were good. It was nice having access to a full kitchen. Alvaro was very nice and let us drop our bags off early. The view from the upstairs terrace is lovely.'
