Large studio 30 m2 in the city center and next to the old town of Annecy

The 30 m2 studio on the raised ground floor is located in the center of Annecy, at the entrance to the old town, Faubourg Sainte Claire (street famous for its restaurants and entertainment). The train station is 700 m, the lake 900 m, the central shopping street Rue Royale 500 m, the supermarket 250 m, the bakery 150 m and the parking spaces are right next to the building and those which are free at 300 m.
The studio, very quiet, includes basic supplies (sheets, towels), fiber optic internet, a washer-dryer and basic appliances (microwave, kettle, coffee machine, hob and oven, fridge / freezer). Bathroom with bathtub. 140x190 bed.
Arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures before noon.
For an arrival after 9pm, supplement of 10 €.
Our friends the animals are accepted with a fixed supplement of 20 €.
The studio is accepted for smokers, however please remember to ventilate the studio and / or smoke outside.
We kindly ask you to communicate your arrival time at least 48 hours before arrival day to organize the delivery of the keys.

Annecy, mooie en gezellige stad!

Ik heb een heel fijn verblijf gehad in deze studio. De gastvrouw was uitstekend bereikbaar, het verblijf in de studio was mede daardoor heel aangenaam. De ruimte was compact, maar schoon en uitstekend centraal gelegen. De stad en het meer, en de wijdere omgeving zijn prachtig en ook met het OV goed bereikbaar. Meer dan de moeite waard.

Appartement insalubre, bien situé

L'appartement est trĂšs humide, nos affaires ont mis 5 jours Ă  sĂ©cher. Des moisissures sont prĂ©sentes dans la salle de bain ainsi que dans la piĂšce Ă  vivre. La plaque du four Ă©tait tellement sale qu'on pouvait distinguer le dernier repas qui y avait Ă©tĂ© prĂ©parĂ©. Une rĂąpe Ă  fromage avec encore du fromage dessus, un dessous de plat en liĂšge moisi, des couverts sales, et un congĂ©lateur abritant des champignons ont Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© constatĂ©s. DĂšs la premiĂšre nuit, nous avons aperçu un cafard sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne que sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Les draps Ă©taient propres, mais le matelas, en plus d'ĂȘtre trĂšs fin et inconfortable, prĂ©sentait des taches non identifiĂ©es. Une boĂźte Ă  cafĂ© contenant quelques capsules Ă©tait remplie de moisissure. La poubelle n'Ă©tait pas nettoyĂ©e, avec encore un opercule de yaourt collĂ© dessus. Il n'y avait pas de dĂ©tecteur de fumĂ©e, cet appartement n'est mĂȘme pas aux normes. Nous ne comprenons pas la note attribuĂ©e Ă  cet appartement, surtout qu'une semaine avant notre sĂ©jour, un commentaire mentionnait dĂ©jĂ  la propretĂ© dĂ©plorable. Les avis sont mensongers, cet appartement est un dortoir insalubre bien situĂ©. Nous avons pris plusieurs photos attestant de l'exactitude de notre description, mais il est malheureusement impossible de les ajouter Ă  ce commentaire, bien que cela aurait Ă©tĂ© pertinent.

Budget accomm right in heart of town

Although great location this property lacked a few minor essentials. There was no soap, it was quite stuffy and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom. Just a small bar of soap would be all that’s needed, IKEA curtains that provided a bit of privacy would suffice because if you wanted to allow fresh air in, the wall of the apartment is the edge of the pavement and people can lean in, climb in, from walking past. The location is the best thing. A short 1 minute walk and you were into the Old Town of Annecy where restaurants were plentiful. Checking in we had to wait a bit of time (45 mins) in the cold but someone eventually came to hand us keys. A lock box would be better with a pin.

bel emplacement sauf beaucoup de monde au mois d aout un peu de bruit le soir et chaud 35 degrés mais ça on ,ne peut pas prévoir. Mais appart au rdc donc on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenetres nous avions emmené notre ventilateur.sinon ideal pour les restos et visiter la ville et prÚs du lac

Fantastic location

The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. So the location is spot-on, however, the cleanliness of the property is poor, when we sat on the bed, other people's hair blew out from underneath and we found several long hairs in the apartment ( my husband and I have short hair), there is also mould in the bathroom and the apartment had cobwebs too. The bed is very low but comfortable, however, the seating arrangements needs improving, the apartment is for two people but there is only one armchair and the dining room chairs are hard and uncomfortable. The kitchen needs checking after guests, we found dirty plates (dried on food) in the cupboard, chipped plates and bowls and the only two wine glasses were broken and had been put away like that. The oven did also not look like it had been cleaned properly. A tired apartment that needs an update, such a shame because the location was fantastic.

Séjour annulé pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée

Il n'y a pas eu de sĂ©jour Ă  Annecy. Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©es : la vaisselle Ă©tait casie inexistante. Quand on a voulu la relaver il n'y avait pas d'eau au niveau des robinets d'eau chaude. La propriĂ©taire connaissait le problĂšme en louant car elle habite un appartement dans la mĂȘme rĂ©sidence. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçues et sommes rĂ©parties aussitĂŽt.

Apparemment insalubre mais bien situé

Apparemment trÚs bien situé en revanche trÚs déçu, la propriété médiocre avec des grains de litiÚre de chat sous le lit (nous avons pas de chat), des tùches sur le sol et sur la plaque de cuisson, le rideau de douche avec des moisissures, les coins des murs noir, sans parler de la poussiÚre et j'en passe. En autre terme le ménage n'a pas été fait et ce depuis un bout de temps. L'appartement ne comporte pas de climatisation seulement un petit ventilateur, nous nous somme retrouvé avec 31,2° avec les portes et les volets fermés toute la journée.

Vacances Ă  Annecy

Mon compagnons et moi voulions aller en vacances Ă  Annecy cet Ă©tĂ© comme nous adorons cette rĂ©gions et nous avons Ă©tĂ© sĂ©duits par cette annonce. Le studio est parfaitement situĂ©, Ă  50m du vieux Annecy, tout les trajets peuvent s’effectuer Ă  pieds ! L’appartement est au rez-de-chaussĂ©e donc trĂšs pratique. Aucun bruit dĂ©sagrĂ©able dans l’immeuble. De plus, y a Ă©normĂ©ment d’équipements! La propretĂ© est impeccable et c’est aussi bien dĂ©corĂ©. La propriĂ©taire quant Ă  elle est des plus adorable, elle rĂ©pond trĂšs rapidement Ă  toutes les questions ou interrogations! Nous avons passĂ© un sĂ©jours aux Top ! N’hĂ©sitez pas, vous aurez certainement une trĂšs bonne expĂ©rience.

Great location

Excellent location for touring the old town and seeing the lake. The kitchen was great to have, only complaint is the lack of air flow as we didn’t want to leave the windows open at night on the ground floor. Overall was a good stay for a short amount of time.

Sur Annecy pour un stage j’ai sĂ©journĂ© dans le studio de Josephine pour 5 semaines. Pratique, fonctionnel, bien isolĂ© et super bien positionnĂ©. Au top !! HĂŽte super rĂ©active ++ ( peut ĂȘtre rĂ©parer la porte d’entrĂ©e et la chasse d’eau, un peu gĂȘnant
