'Perfect spot for our family of 13 - 6 adults and 7 children! Plenty of space for everyone and we felt like we had the lake to ourselves. The neighbors were super friendly and helpful - Johnny Sasquatch across the street was awesome and Jim next door even shared some veggies from his garden. Grandkids all got to fish for the first time and loved it! Everyone caught at least one fish! The extra fridge was so appreciated as we shopped for the week and there was plenty of room for groceries....

'Just as listed with a ton of extras. Jill and Jim were excellent hosts answering all our questions and responsive to our needs. Both boats were great, the house was clean and comfortable, and lots of room to spread out and relax. We took one day to hit the Mall of America 1 1/2 hour drive each way, but other than that, spent the rest of the week at the house and boating. Caught a handful of bass but nothing crazy. Still fun to try! We had all ages in our group and everyone kept busy and...

'Stayed here with family for a couple chill days on the lake. We loved the space to spread out, the hot tub, and all the toys on a rainy day. House was clean, quiet, and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, but a bit sparce. If you keep your cooking simple (or get takeout from the great pizza spot) you'll be good to go! Communication with the hosts was great as well.'

'Owner went above and beyond to make things right when there were a few things overlooked in the unit during their busy season. Comfy place was just right for our family of 6 and big dog. '

'This was our third year staying at this house on Briggs Lake. Fantastic everything. Incredible view of the lake. Great lake access. 10 of 10 clean in all aspects. Great communication with host. Nothing but praise from our family for this property. Hope to make it back for years to come.'

Hosts are amazing, and the delicious cinnamon rolls we received upon arrival shows how much they want your stay to be as comfortable and welcoming as if you were in your own home. They were so clean, easy to find( good directions)!, very well stocked with all we needed, comfortable beds, basement ( garage space ) in cabin 2 had pool table and lots of space for our kids to play , when they weren’t out fishing, swimming on the raft or fishing off the dock which they LOVED! 'We had a terrific nine-person family reunion at Sandy's lake house. It was great to have three bathrooms for our crew, and there were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The yard, beach and dock are outstanding. Sandy was an excellent host, and the home is within easy driving distance of the Minneapolis/St. Paul airport. We certainly will consumer this home for our next getaway in Minnesota!'
