'The code i was sent did not open the keypad. There was a padlock with a space key but i did not get a code to that. I called customer service which kept me on hold for over an hour. Meanwhile i was outside and temperatura had dropped significally which made matters worst. Once i got a code and entered the property I wanted to take a hot shower but the shower had no water pressure. A small cold trickle came out which was not ideal. '

'Such a cute unit! A little smaller than I was anticipating but still super cute and comfy. Very safe area and nice street. Just footsteps away from the beach which is incredibly peaceful! My only complaint is there was no shampoo/conditioner or oven mitts that I could find. Not a big deal though! Overall a great experience. '

'We loved our stay! Convenient location to The Waterfront Restaurant, Bean Point and Bayfest during our visit. The pool is wonderful and we appreciated having access to beach chairs for our beach days. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Having the opportunity to use the laundry room was a bonus. We had a rental car, although we heard wonderful things about AMI’s free trolley, to access all of the island’s beautiful beaches & shopping. We had an issue with the unit’s air...

'The location is perfect! Easy walking distance to the gorgeous beach and a wide range of shops and restaurants. The cottages are cute, extremely clean, and private. Having access to bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. was a huge benefit. The team we worked with was incredibly kind and helpful. We'd love to come back!'
