« House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. »

« Wow! Amazing house with pool super close to Bean Point!Completely remodeled after 2024 hurricanes! New carpet, new everything. The pots and pans in the cupboard still have labels on them. Yes, there are some sand toys, 2 beach chairs and pool noodles in outdoor storage box. We left a large tube/ donut ring float for you to enjoy. A few puzzles but no kids toys. Plenty of coffee filters, no salt or pepper. Comfy beds. NO BUGS Did not use the pool as too many mosquitos, just so much rain...

« This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island. The house was in a great, quiet location. The size of the house was much bigger than we had anticipated. The interior was essentially new construction with new appliances. Wonderful pool and hot tub with LOTS of outdoor space including a TV under the patio. One great bonus was having beach chairs, an umbrella, and numerous toys and floats that we didn’t have to worry about traveling with. Will definitely be back »
