'The room was clean but the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. Our window didn't close all the way and there was a horrible dust storm, so lots of dust got in. The shower hose exploded on my daughter and made a huge mess but they had no extra towels so we were left with no working shower in the room and large puddles of water we were unable to clean up. The desk attendant offered for us to be able to use a shower in another room that was not able to be rented out due to issues....
