'Our host was very communicative and check-in/out was easy. Our family thouroughly enjoyed the open plan with comfy rooms and a charming sun porch. The kitchen had all the equipment you need. You can wake up and go to sleep with the sound of the stream. The rock pool in the stream along with the inner tubes provided a lovely opportunity to relax is the pristine water. Proximity to Livingston Manor helped with getting last minute supplies. Multiple places to sit outside further enhanced out...

'My wife and I stayed at the cozy farm guest house 1&2 for two nights. The home is located in a private and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was extremely easy. They responded quickly to my messages. There is a bedroom and full bath upstairs and on the ground floor, which made it easy when getting ready in the morning. The living room and kitchen area was very comfortable.
