'Very friendly staff at the reception. They are very helpful and try to help you with all your questions. The room is clean and Nice. Also the bathroom was clean. Plus is that they offer motorcycle for rental. We rented one and had no problem at all using it. We would drive almost daily to Aonang with it and do activities like an Elephant tour. Price-quality is very good for the hotelroom. Would definitely go back next time we are in Krabi. '

'This was our 3rd stay for a short period, but the next time will be much longer as this is the BEST nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel in Thailand. The beds are incredibly comfortable with GIANT pillows. The staff has always been accommodating. The bathtub on the balcony with ceiling fan is by & far one of the best amenities after a long day of trekking around Krabi.
With onsite laundry, classes, all day snacks & drinks. Shaded day beds by the pool, it's a hidden gem oasis.

'We picked Grandmom's Place just needing to spend one night in Krabi Town. The room was comfortable and clean, and it was very good value for money. One big plus is that it is within walking distance of good restaurants, bars and the like - it is very convenient indeed - will certainly stay there again'

'Das Raya Hotel ist ein sehr schönes und modernes, neues Hotel. Alles ist super sauber und neuwertig und der Service ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter helfen einem immer weiter und sind super freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge geeignet - auch zum Busbahnhof & zum Flughafen gelangt man unkompliziert. Zum Tiger Cave Tempel fährt man circa 15 Minuten und zum Ao Nang Beach circa 20 Minuten. 'The girl who checked us in and took care of us (Nina), was very nice and friendly! She helped us with everything we needed, transport, trips, also food and laundry and motobikes places. Very good advice from her all the time. The hotel is new and clean, good spot in Krabi town, near to night market and very near to fruit market. I can only recommend it!'

'Well it was a rocky start, wrong room then broken aircon then a lost transport bus. However this was all fixed rapidly thabks to 2 members of staff the lady on the pink desk and the gentleman in the cafe area. They really are a saving grace for the hotel. Once the problems where fixed the stay was fine and i would advise it for people. The 3pm check in could do with being 2pm like most other hotels but thats really the only thing i would change.'
'our stay was completely enjoyable. Check in was fast, staff wonderful, super helpful and pleasant. We stayed in 2 different rooms during stay and move was a total breeze. We went out for our excursion, the staff placed our luggage in new room by the time we returned. The rooms have the updated plugs and a usb-c port. Light controls at bedside. Very comfy beds.
