'The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. The shower was absolutely amazing! The location was convenient to the airport. The walls were thin and we could hear lots of people most of the night. The breakfast was just okay, not very stocked or maintained. Overall, we would stay here again if in the area.'

'I love this hotel. Well priced, clean, updated, & I love that they have sound machines. The only thing I was a little unhappy with was that my room was right next to do a door that everyone has to go through to get to their lofts on the first floor so the door was loud late into the night and early in the morning. I would avoid room 122 when I go back. Other than that great stay'

'Room was clean, one bed was very saggy, no shampoo or tissues in room, staff was courteous but we had trouble with our heating and was told there was no maintainence or person who could help us for 3 days…..luckily we were finally able to get it going ourselves. Bathroom was large and clean, but terrible water pressure.,sink drained very slow…They neglected to tell us that maid service was every other day so we came home to soggy towels the 1st night….room was reasonably quiet, tv was pretty...

'Check-in took forever. The front desk clerk was nice but clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. The room itself was fine. It’s definitely showing its age. The location is great - nearby shops and restaurants. All walkable. Be cautious at night because 3rd and 4th ave can become a little sketchy. The hot tub was not hot the first night and the second night it was hot, but the jets were not working. Which was disappointing since that was an amenity I was looking forward to. Parking was...

'We loved everything! Pleasant helpful staff, beautiful full breakfast every morning until 9:30 M-F and breakfast until 10:30am Sat and Sun. Nice large laundry FREE for guests FYI Walmart is literally across the small road to buy trail size laundry soap. The front desk does offer laundry soap to buy but Walmart has it for only $1.17 a load when you go to the travel size section in Walmart. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast for few days in a row had the same egg with cheese...
