Light and bright one bedroom corporate style apartment. Beautifully finished with a pillow top queen bed, quality furnishings, carpet and laminate floors. This is a turn-key unit so everything needed is provided including internet TV and WiFi. The location within walking distance to downtown and one block from the Park Strip. The building is secure and dedicated parking is on-site. This apartment is no smoking and no pets. We have hosted many satisfied travelers and business professionals and would be pleased to have you stay with us while in Anchorage.

The apartment is conveniently located to the coastal biking trail ( where we saw a Moose and her calf) and many really good coffee shops. It was very clean and well appointed.

Nice property but a few hitches

This a nice property but it can be challenging to find. Not to mention the WiFi instructions did not work. These problems can be easily fixed by the owner. Take a picture of the building and send in arrival instructions and fix the router i.d.

I couldn’t get into the apartment I rented and the property manager wasn’t available by phone as advertised in the messages via the apps inbox. I had to call multiple times and he did answer, however he ended up putting me in another apartment. He put me on a top floor and I had to haul my luggage up three flights of stairs and I have physical disabilities. When I got into the apartment (at midnight! With work in the morning) there were no linens on the bed. Despite texting the host, there was never a shower curtain and the shower head was broken. There was NEVER toilet paper provided and I had no car. There was an old, used coffee filter in the coffee pot. It made a work trip even harder. I won’t stay with this host again.

Great place! Just hot!

We had a wonderful stay! The instructions for entry were clear, the place was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend! Pictures and accurate and location to downtown is AMAZING! My only issue was the "portal AC unit" in the description is not THAT portable. It is in the living room and the bed room gets very hot in the summer time. We were there late June. A box fan in the closet or a ceiling fan would have been perfect 🙂

Another great experience

I can’t express how easy and pleasant it is to rent from Howard. This our second time and he has been wonderful. Both times he has reached out to make sure everything was as expected and to answer any questions we might have. The location is so convenient to downtown. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. Can’t wait to comeback again.

Smelt like crap when we arrived, but took a while to get correct unlock key code from host. It was smaller than advertised and 2nd bed didn't work (pull out bed). Would have preferred a hotel.

Not clean but good location

There were toenail clippings on the bedroom floor. No hand soap, no dishwasher soap we had to buy our own. Glasses had dried milk in one and finger prints and lip prints on many others. They obviously had not been washed. The entire apartment needed to be badly vacuumed. Other than that it is in a convenient location. Will NOT stay there again. It is overrated.

Great location and price

The owner was responsive and the property manager Rick went above and beyond. The location is great - only about a 15 minute walk into downtown. It is hard to find because the entrance to the building is set back behind a house. So just make sure you are looking away from main Street for entrance. Nice to have laundry in basement. I think someone in the building smokes because when we turned on bathroom fan it came in pretty strong. Other than that, there were no downsides.

Rick is a gem!

The property was very clean and comfortable. We had a glitch with the TV, but the property manager went overboard in trying to rectify the problem. I hope the owner realizes what a great person and employee Rick is with managing the property and making us feel so welcome...he is a gem!

Very Nice stay, but..

The apartment was very clean, cozy and Updated, but other tenants in the building were smoking and the smell would travel to our unit. I’m not sure if this tenant was a permanent resident or vacationing. Also, The neighborhood just down the road was questionable, but we felt safe in our place.
