This home is situated in the picturesque and local favorite Westchester Lagoon area in Downtown Anchorage. It's a family-friendly downtown neighborhood with a direct access to the most beautiful trail system that will take you straight to the views of the Inlet. This unit, designed with modern aesthetics and comfort in mind, is ideal for up to 6 (can be up to 8) guests seeking a memorable stay near downtown Anchorage. This is the lower unit of a duplex.



Interior:

Living Spaces: Step into the bright and airy living area, boasting contemporary decor, a sleek fireplace, and large windows framing views of the spacious front yard. There are only a few stairs to get to the house but no stairs inside the house.

Bedrooms: The home features three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each offering a unique ambiance. The master bedroom includes a luxurious king-size bed; The second and third bedrooms provide queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Additional sleeping arrangements are available with an air bed and additional pillows.

Kitchen and Dining: A state-of-the-art kitchen awaits you, complete with new appliances, elegant countertops, and all the essentials for gourmet cooking. The adjacent dining area seats 6, perfect for communal meals. We also have a grill available for use right outside the main door.



Urban Oasis: The property includes a charming and spacious front yard, ideal for outdoor relaxation and socializing. We have a grill, fire pit and comfy chairs outside to make sure you enjoy the property. Also, have plenty of outdoor activity toys if you bring kids.

Accessibility: Enjoy convenient access to the scenic paths of Westchester Lagoon, perfect for walks, biking, and taking in ocean and mountain views.

Home is only about 10 minutes drive from the airport - it is very easy to find. You can walk to the parks and trails; it's a 2 minute uber drive to the main streets of downtown.
