Welcome to your Anchorage getaway! This 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home sits right along Lake Hood’s small plane strip—watch aircraft taxi and take off from the comfort of your backyard. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, along with twin trundle in the front room. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for comfort, and the layout is ideal for families, friends, or work travel. Just 5 minutes to the airport and close to downtown and trails.

Guest Access:
Guests have full, private access to the entire home including all three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and living space. Self check-in is available via smart lock. Free parking is included in the driveway for up to two vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Cosmos Drive, this home backs up to Lake Hood’s active small plane strip—perfect for aviation fans. You’re just minutes from Ted Stevens Airport, downtown Anchorage, and scenic walking trails. The area is quiet, residential, and close to dining, coffee shops, and lakeside viewpoints.

Anchorage is car-friendly, and this home includes free driveway parking. The airport is a quick 5-minute drive, and downtown is less than 10 minutes away. Rideshares like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and public transit stops are nearby for added convenience.

Other Things to Note:
We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
