The property is a very old, protected monument. Exterior of the property cant be renovated due to large scale construction works near the property, property looks as old as it is.

Free parking is possible on driveway if prearranged in advance.

Early luggage drop off & luggage storage after check out is possible if prearranged.

The space
Free parking on driveway. Parking on street is paid parking, park only on driveway.

A very old protected building with monument status, grade listing. This means that the exteriors cant be repaired, windows are very old and several repairs and upgrades are required to the exteriors, but local laws and regulations make it difficult.

Interiors are completely renovated and new.

Property has central heating, cooling and ventilation system using underfloor and overhead in ceiling systems.

Water from the tap is potable, no need to purchase bottled water.

Guest rooms are on the first floor, ground floor renovation is ongoing.

Guest access
Guests have their own little studio apartment inside the house, with ensuite bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The room has a microwave, small fridge with freezer and an induction hob with extractor fan.

If other kitchen appliances are needed, they are accessible in another shared kitchen. Other appliances available are - oven, toaster and coffee machine with capsules.

Other things to note
Please follow the house rules during the stay:

- If you are carrying heavy luggage, it must be carried up or downstairs and not dragged up or down. Dragging heavy luggage damages the anti slip protection on the edges of the staircase.

- Leave dirty shoes at the entrance. Clean shoes are acceptable, if they do not bring or spread dirt.

- Quiet times from 23:00 to 7:00 to allow for other residents to sleep peacefully.

- Strictly no smoking inside the property

- If in possession of marijuana / cannabis / weed, please do not open it inside the room, the smell spreads all over the property and does not go away easily.

- No parties

- Please do not invite guests who are not registered and booked as staying at the property.
