« Management needs an overhaul. The place is woefully understaffed and the staff is clearly poorly trained. There are very few amenities for a place that charges what Jekyl charges. Dining options are virtually non-existent and activities are very limited. Yes, history was created there but other than that, it is not worth the expense. »
