Pensions in American River

'What a nice place to stay! Thank you for the nice breakfast.'

'Spacious room, good bed, clean, in house restaurant to have breakfast. (closed for dinner when during our stay) '

'Alle kamers hebben zicht op zee. Grote kamers, met terras en hypermoderne badkamer. Vriendelijk personeel. We moesten heel vroeg vertrekken, maar kregen in onze kamer de nodige ontbijtgerechten. Een aanrader. '

'We enjoyed every moment! The tent was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our visit amazing:) A beautiful setting and very well maintained grounds. We got to enjoy breakfast on the deck with the Wallabies. Perfect experience to add to the Island. '

'Prachtige villa, nieuw, perfect uitgerust, schoon, ruim, top locatie op loopafstand van restaurant, supermarkt en zee. Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar'

'We had a fun time with our stay, it was cozy and comfortable. The kids had a fun time watching wallabies and kangaroos and it is very close to a massive white sand beach. It was great seeing wild life around and the fire place was great. The bathroom was suprisingly spacious and comfortable to use and the whole place is complete of cookeries we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend this to couples for a get-away stay. '

'The neighbourhood was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated. Check-in was straightforward. The keys were easy to locate as described. The house was clean inside, apart from the oven. However, the exterior was poorly maintained, with building materials, empty bottles and cans, overgrown grass and weeds, cobwebs, and a clothesline in disrepair. The listing itself was accurate, but the property fell short of the quality we expected for the price. Compared to many other properties we’ve stayed at,...

'A perfect spot if you are looking for a new experience away from the hotels and crowd. The bus is conveniently located just off the road from the ferry terminal. It has a double-bed and fully equipped kitchen. The shower has running water but the toilet is less sophisticated. We traveled in a caravan before so we were prepared. It was just the two of us, we cooked a nice dinner and had wine. We were greeted by Sade, who was friendly and helpful. Our only complaint is that the lights outside the...

'No view. House OK but a lot of stuff on verandah, ie crates of empty bottles , tools and a bag of something. Definitely couldn’t have a toddler there'

'We loved our stay at Sealoft. We thought the house and surroundings were charming and the location was great. We had a wonderful holiday! '

'The location is incredible, especially for a first time visit to Kangaroo Island. The kitchen is very well supplied. Exceptionally clean throughout.'
