« It was definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed but if you want any privacy or to hang out this is not the spot. The staff were amazing, they have safety locks that change per booking and when i extended my stay two times totally thinking I would not but I had to. I got locked out and when I texted the property manager he was quick to call back and remotely let me in and I was so gracious I cleaned that whole upstairs, so enjoy future guests cuz it was not nearly that cleanly when arrived lol...

« Stayed at Hilton Sacramento Arden West for a wedding. The experience was awesome! The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. The room was spotless and well maintained. They even had a microwave and refrigerator. Really enjoyed my stay there. If I am ever is Sacramento again will definitely be staying at Hilton Arden West. »

« Staff was so nice but I had to check in through a window and not the lobby since I came after 10. I received my $50 deposit back within three days including Sunday. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Rooms did have a heating and a/c unit that worked really well. My family was happy with everything. All in all I would totally stay here again! Also, bring shampoo and conditioner because they do not provide it and we learned that the hard way ): lol »

« L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier de drogués, des crackers (Gens sui prennent du crack) sortent et rodent près de l’hôtel ! En bref, mieux vaut éviter de se promener dans les alentours !! L’accueil est déplorable, la femme ne comprend rien et est d’un amabilité défiant toute concurrence. La chambre paraît sale, le frigo à une odeur de pourriture.
