The beds in the room 103 are 3+ foot off floor (my 91yr. mom needed a bench to get up in to the bed, my husband fell out of the bed, and I pulled on the sheets to help me get up into the bed). 2. 'The person that checked us in was very nice. The room was ok, however there wasn’t even a bar of soap to wash your hands. There was also a very annoying sound coming from the bathroom fan so we had to keep the door closed. There is no one at the desk from 10 pm - 9 am, just a number to call if you need assistance.'
