« Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »

« The room was affordable and clean. However, the curtains and blinds were broken and didn’t work. There were ample light fixtures but had no access to natural light. Our particular room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was a hike to get to so every trip to the lobby area involved a hike and then our room was as far as you can get to that one and only elevator.
While breakfast was good, the staff couldn’t keep up with the coffee.
Despite, these small negative details, the room was nice...

« I think this place has potential! The entry was cute and the lobby was nice. It was a little overwhelming at first to walk into but the staff was welcoming!
Our main issue was that the listed photos weren’t accurate to the room. There were broken tiles on the walls in the shower with big holes between the grout repairs. The paint was peeling off the ceiling and there were small bugs. The pool was under construction which is not a big deal. Maybe it would have been different if we booked the...
