« Our family loved the rental property setup and home decor. It was a two bedroom rental. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was plenty of towels for a family of four. It was great to see the extra special touches such as body wash, shampoo, laundry detergent. There was a washer/dryer unit in the rental. It was a very nice property. I would recommend a few things for the property to improve: the master bedroom mattress was too hard and poor quality. My husband and I are both Disabled...

« Not acceptable that the safety fee on credit card at arrival is 100$ per room !!! They dislike expedia and charge you on site with 3-7 days for refund. You become on hostage of the situation on site. Just write the security fee on the add and I will pick another one, people should know that it is a rip off ! and if you order through their app ( noit working by the way) no deposit required, just because Expedia is not liked . Highly frustrating ! »

« The computer was not working on the desk staff make sign twice I got overcharged they got the info from courtyard my sister in-law tried to sign us there but we decided to go to four point when I got the bank statement the amount was different twice at what we where told I call the 800 number they transferme to 4 point desk and the manager never answer the phone I got ignored bad service this is how they do business they still your money I'm very disappointed »

« This was one of the best hotels our family have ever stayed at. We loved everything about it. The staff was awesome, amenities were great, and the room was great!! »

« Most impressive was the full fridge in the room. I was in a longer trip so I could refreeze my ice packs for my cooler and chill water for the next leg of the trip. The bed was crazy comfortable too. »
