'First and foremost, I want to say how wonderful Brian, our host, responded and made everything perfect for our visit. The house was clean, had every appliance that we could use if we needed, location perfect to everything in town etc. His helpfulness was outstanding. He made me feel like family, if I needed something, he answered the question, got it done, and was simply pleasurable to deal with. I highly recommend staying here. Winnie'

'Best reunion stay! We loved the property, all 7of us. The house was clean and well stocked, pool was a great gathering place, with chase lounges. Also, beach chairs provided to sit by ocean. The upstairs rental was perfect for our big meals and sitting on the porch watching the waves. Would definitely book again.'

'We loved our stay in Fernandina Beach. The home was close to the beach and the downtown. We loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 baths! Home was clean! Lots to enjoy at Rosie's Retreat. Amy, the property manager was attentive to all our needs.'

'When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by a large overflowing trash can in front of the garage door (near condo front door). Several bags and loose trash were above the container lid, so it did not shut. I contacted the property management company on Saturday a little after 4:00pm. I was asked to send a picture, which I did (attached to this message) and was assured the trash would be cleaned up. We stayed until Wednesday; the trash was never cleaned up. I contacted the management...
