'The hotel is nice, with a good view, nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. The days I stayed there the weather was rather chilly especially at night. The room I stayed in had no heating (like many other hotels in Tana, as I was informed), which made my stay less than comfortable. When I settled the bill I was informed that the price per night was over the rate that was advertised (100€ instead of the rate of 89€ ). 'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money...

'This hotel is a suburban place but close enough to the city centre and most things worth seeing. Our room was quite large, a fully furnished apartment, fairly quiet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast cafe offered a good choice. We were very happy there, thank you.'
