Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. 'What a fabulous hotel! We loved the Pavillon - with all its charm and character. The hotel is beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely countryside setting with a beautiful view of the valley and vineyards. The breakfast was fantastic - with quiches and fresh breads, croissants, baked apples, fresh juices, jams, yogurts and eggs prepared fresh to your order. David and Nathalie are outstanding hosts and we loved our stay.'

'A beautiful Chateau with beautiful rooms overlooking the vineyard. The people are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an informative tour with wine tasting, highly recommended even if you are not staying here. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Furthermore, as a guest you can use the facilities in the kitchen and living room all day long or enjoy it outside on the terrace by the vineyard. Discovering the area by bike is great fun. Many good restaurants within cycling distance.'

'Loved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in “real Bordeaux” but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time we’ll stay longer!!'

'My wife and I needed a break from a fast paced couple of weeks of our vacation. This chateau and the property it sits on was nothing short of spectacular. As an extra bonus, Tess, Daphne and Celia were there to serve and help us with all of our needs. The breakfast that was served was always the best of the best, including homemade jams. 'Sylvie and Sebastien were wonderful hosts. They were friendly, made us feel very welcomed and almost like part of the family. The Clos is a beautiful building with a lovely garden, it's an oasis of peace with birds, a pond and beautiful nature. We only spent 2 nights here but would love to return. Thank you for hosting us! '
