'We stayed one night at la bastane and we loved it. It is a beautiful housing with modern rooms and a cosy decorating. The owners are very friendly and make you feel at home instantly. We arrived early, but could enjoy a wine tasting. The wines are delicious, so before leaving we bought some for home. We enjoyed a dinner in the garden with an amazing view and sunset. I loved every moment during our stay. The breakfast was also good'

Not a hotel but a guest house in a refinished and vibrantly appointed (200 year-old?) historical home newly acquired and attentively managed by Sandra, Michael and son Valentin who were the most welcoming, engaging and thoughtful hosts imaginable. 'Loved the location, the room, and the ease of checkin. It felt like we were on a street in “real Bordeaux” but we were a five minute walk from the tourist center. Easy self check-in (they send you a code an hour beforehand) and lovely breakfast. Next time we’ll stay longer!!'

'A beautiful Chateau with beautiful rooms overlooking the vineyard. The people are very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed an informative tour with wine tasting, highly recommended even if you are not staying here. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Furthermore, as a guest you can use the facilities in the kitchen and living room all day long or enjoy it outside on the terrace by the vineyard. Discovering the area by bike is great fun. Many good restaurants within cycling distance.'
