'Loved the vibes of this place, very cozy. Nice outside balcony. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Great location for main Amalfi vacation, lots of steps but expected. So many restaurants and shops in every nook!'

'This apartment is well situated. Location was perfect for us because everything you need like the ferry station, bus station is close by to visit the neighboring towns. This location is at the center of the town in Amalfi. Restaurants, and yet very quiet. This apartment is completely equipped with kitchen amenities, especially fridge,microwave. Very clean in everyway . I would extremely recommend this apt. Whenever you go to Amalfi.'

'Die Villa Zagara ist im Verhältnis zu den Abbildungen eher schlicht. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr reichhaltig. Es gab im wesentlichen Obst und süßes Gebäck. Der Nachteil an der Lage ist, dass man zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Amalfi einen größeren Anstieg mit etwa 200 Stufen zurücklegen muss. Das war uns nicht klar. Das Gepäck wurde uns freundlicherweise abgenommen und mit einem Lift hochgebracht. Die Umgebung der Villa ist schön, es gibt Zitronenplantagen und den direkten Zugang zum Valle Delle...

'Fantastic views from the semi-private terrace. There is also a garden terrace that we didn't use, but it looked nice and well maintained. The host was fantastic, Giovanni was communicative, knowledge and generally very help. His recommendations for places to eat, where to parkv and how to get to certain tourist spots was great.'

'The property is owned and managed by a local family. If you go, take them up on the invitation to dinner at their local restaurant/resort. Also go to their pottery shop and they will ship your purchases back to the US for free (if over $200 in value).'

'Wonderful spot to holiday. A short bus ride to Positano. Room was amazing with a postcard like view. Little kitchen was great to have. Only negative is the 450+ steps down to the water (not beach). Highly recommend.'
