'The cleaning staff failed to restock room prior to my arrival, therefore; I had to go to the front desk twice to get the items missing from the room ( no toilet paper in room at all and only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth) . Makes you question if the room had been properly cleaned. Indoor pool was freezing cold . Parking inconvenient. Only allowed to park in back, can not park in front of hotel or will be towed the front desk stated. Front door is located in front.'

'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning). Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff. Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between. Would stay again and...

'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'

'Aardig hotel nabij het strand. Prima voor een kort verblijf, heel vriendelijk personeel. Verwacht niet te veel van het ontbijt, het is prima om je dag te starten.'

'I made reservations back in January 2026. The pictures, room, and balcony view was not that we requested / shown. Will not request thru Expedia again. I told the front desk about our blocked gulf view and she acted like old well. Our vacation stay was a very let down.'

'The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. The front desk refused to honor an earlier booking I made. I waited several hours in the lobby until rebooking. So I was forced to pay again for a room already paid for. In the meantime I have not receive a refund for the original booking. The manager said there was nothing she could do to assist me other than cancel my original booking.'

'Location is incredible, and you could tell the hotel was trying to do improvements. Room amenities are basic, but enough for what we required. There were some points of cleanliness in the room that were left to be desired - dirty carpet, bathroom. Bed linens and towels were clean. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff were all friendly in our encounters. All things considered, we would stay at this property again.'
