'Room was clean. Elevator did not work and my room was on the 3rd floor. Fridge in my room did not work, which I bought drinks and was hoping to put in there. My son was looking forward to the pool and it was out of service. Staff was nice!'

'Disgusting room, sticky carpet, smelly room, wet sheets.. Shana is the one that denied a refund on a second day stay that we were not even present for. We left shortly after checking in the first day because of how gross everything was. So please choose ANYTHING other than this place. We switched to the La Quinta inn and it was AMAZING. Right across the street. WAY BETTER'

'The room iron was dirty, they gave me a replacement that didn’t work. I guess someone realized they gave me one that didn’t work, they gave me an extra iron around 7 PM'

'The staff was incredibly generous, the location was convenient, and the rooms were very accommodating. Our room had a full-sized fridge, microwave, and sink, which made the stay especially comfortable for a longer trip. The location was excellent as well, with easy access to the Dallas area's main attractions, restaurants, and highways. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay.'

'My wife and I stayed at a LaQuinta hotel in Arlington 5/16-5/17. We had no water at all from Saturday afternoon until the time we left Sunday morning. This led to us leaving super early in morning as we had no place to shower or use the restroom, and did not have breakfast...one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The smoke detector was missing from our room. I made the front desk aware Saturday around 4 PM, and nothing was done about it...at least up until the time we departed early...
