'The rooms are rather old and in need of a refurb: blinds on window (in two separate rooms) did not work, and in both rooms the safe was broken. I had to ask on three separate occasions to have house keeping clean the room and replace towels etc. House keeping eventually cleaned my room on the 4th day, despite the first request on day 2. This is not a low cost hotel, and I expected better. I would not stay here again'

'The breakfast was excellent. My room had ants, there was a corkscrew but no wine glasses, there was an empty paper towel roll in the galley kitchen, there were two soaking wet dish towels on the counter and no clean dish towels, anywhere. In the little living room, there were no lights. It was dark if you wanted to read or do you work, etc. The property was OK lots of places to walk which was nice.'

'We stayed in a spacious junior suite, which we really enjoyed. However, the room wasn’t well soundproofed, and we could hear highway noise at night. Overall, the room was clean, though the coffee machine could have been better maintained. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of service. Breakfast was fresh, and the location was very convenient. We would consider staying here again.'

'After our second stay here, we will not book again. It's ok-enough I guess, if you just need a bed. But, weird creaking noise by showerhead, nasty feeling doornob, had poor patch/paint job of previous holes in wall, and the layout had a nook with luggage rack and ironing board oddly located where if anything fell from that nook it would land across the bed at head level which seemed like a weird and uncomfortable design choice. 'We reserved a king room with accessible bathroom tub. Upon check in, the front desk person confirmed that we had a king room with accessible bathroom tub. We lugged in our bags, and laid down to rest, only to discover later that our bathroom was not only NOT wheelchair accessible, but it also had a stand up shower, no shower seat, no grip bars, and no room for the wheelchair. '

'The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. Did not have the breakfast. Parking was easy. I booked a king room with a Sofabed. My room did not have a Sofabed. The courtyard was nice. The pool area needs work. The hot tub had no bubbling just hot water. '

Had to call to get towels at the front desk in the evening. Rude staff member at the breakfast area rushing me away from coffee station to restock the creamers.
