« The hotel was nice & the room was very clean. The restaurant wasn’t open which meant a drive out after a long day’s driving. The shower was only slightly warm in the morning and took a very long time to even reach that. The breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly. »

« Was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much, perhaps something a bit small in the middle of nowhere. However, the buildings are characterful, the surrounding countryside scenic and the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly dated. Breakfast was also good. Easy to reach by car and with plenty of parking, not so sure about public transport though, although it is just outside a reasonable sized town. I highly recommend it. »

"This hotel is not at the Dormero standards. First, I have been downgraded, and when I claimed they gave me a bigger room. However, it was noisy, due to close to the elevators. The Sauna does not work, while there was no information and that this is a key selection criteria for me. Last but not least, I raised my comments but have not no reply at all. Even at check-out, they simply ask me to put my card on the box, even not a small 'sorry'. Overall, a bad customer experience. Sorry to say. At least, there are rooms for improvement."
