'No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. '

'Easy location to travel on/off expressway. Clean. Friendly staff. Great selection of snacks and gym equipment. Love the bottle filler and coffee/tea station 24 hours. '

'Initially, our room had an overwhelming room deodorizer smell. But upon entering a few hours later, the deodorizer smell was gone and a horrible musty smell hung in the air.'

'Prima stop over maar wel ver van het centrum van Grand Rapids. Gelegen op een commercial area. Weinig bruisend. Ruime, wat donkere kamers. Schoon, vriendelijke service en ontbijt dat boven verwachting is voor Amerikaanse begrippen. Vers en ruime keuze. Alleen skip het ei. Fabrieks substantie.'

'I’m not usually one to be fussy or nitpicky…but the room was not clean, socks left by previous guests, trash on bathroom floor, mystery stains in the fridge, on the table and bathroom counter. I cleaned things up but probably should have just went and asked for a different room.'

'Very easy to get to from airport. You can be downtown Grand Rapids and parked in a ramp across from DeVos center in 10 minutes by car. The breakfast area had more selections than most hotels offer.'

'There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. '

'The a/c unit had a dog piss smell like it got peed on and was never cleaned and caused the whole room to smell. The room itself was clean. Shower area had some mold in grout. '

'My stay at Holiday Inn downtown Grand Rapids was great and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet for $16.99, but we did not check it out. This hotel was clean, the staff was great, and they offered a free shuttle bus to downtown events. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. '

'Very nice hotel and super friendly staff. The drinks at the rooftop bar were unique & very good. The meat tray- not so much.'

'There was lots of noises in the hallway and upstairs so many events going on in town people are drunk and we were trying to sleep. Had to leave premises at midnight '
