« Great cabin, comfortable beds, good kitchen for cooking. Fun area »

« Very quiet, very peaceful! Cabin is rustic (as advertised), but has a good kitchen, bedroom and living area. Don't expect TV, but the WiFi is great, so you could stream to a tablet. Very clean and comfortable for me & my dog (even a fenced yard for the dog. And the little streamlet by the porch was a wonderful accompaniment to morning coffee on the porch! »

« Cute cabin that was drivable to both FairPlay and Breckenridge. Host communicated well, house was clean and instructions were short and simple. 10/10 would return! »

« A great cabin, with real homely touches and incredibly comfy beds. Has everything you need for a longer stay, all the kitchen equipment, great grill (electric) and smoker, hot tub and space to enjoy the peace and quiet. Close to lovely Alma, fabulous Fairplay and also Breckenridge for more of the tourist bits. It's easy to access great hikes and easy to head off further into the mountains for day adventures. « This cabin was more than I could have hoped for. It’s comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. It’s very convenient to Hwy. 9 and not far from Breckenridge. We loved exploring all that Alma and Fairplay had to offer - 2 towns we probably would have never explored if we were staying in Breckenridge. We hope to stay here again! »

« The place was very clean, we enjoyed playing in the game room while the winds snd snow blew through. We also enjoyed star gazing at night. I highly recommend. »
