'Room was very dates. Didnt feel clean at all. There was noice from neighbours the entire night. Hotel entrance was hard to find. Room wasnt dark in the morning en the curtains had holes in them. Aircon didnt really work. Sink was broken. Only upside was the location near shops, canal and metro'

'The staff was wonderful especially the bellhop. He even came to our room in the middle of the night to help us to change the language of the tv from Japanese to English! Very nice man. Overall , very accommodating man. The location is great. It is right next to a JR station and a shopping center with a couple of variety of restaurants. '

'Hotel a little away from the Umeda station but accessible via exit 11-43. Good location if you are taking the metro regularly or your main focus is shopping, but a bit away from main tourist sites. 'I loved this hotel. The location is perfect. It's about a 6min walk to Namba City and Takashimaya dept store. 8 minutes to Namba station. 12 minutes to Dotonbori. The hotel and rooms are beautiful. The room gets very cool which was nice for our hot summer stay. The front desk staff was so accommodating and professional. Special shot out to Yushie ( I believe that was her name). The only thing I wouldn't spend your money on here is the breakfast buffet. I usually love all hotel breakfasts...
