In room 614, cigarette smoke wafted in from a nearby service area, ruining the fresh feeling. This seems to be a recurring issue for guests. The animation team, while enjoyable, presented solely in French. Some, particularly the male staff, came across as arrogant. English integration would significantly enhance the appeal. Repetitive shows with a strong French focus suggest a need for program diversity. The clean, well-maintained restaurant offered friendly service, but food variety was lacking – daily menus felt repetitive. A touch of staff enthusiasm and dress code enforcement could elevate the dining experience.
