'Structure refaite à neuf récemment . Aparthotel avec chambre pour quatre personnes un peu petite mais OK pour y séjourner 1-2 nuits. Personnels sympa, chambre propres. On peut se garer facilement (en Octobre). L'aparthotel est à seulement 5-7 minutes de la plage et à environ 15 minutes à pieds du centre ville (en passant par la plage) avec une très jolie promenade '

'Verblijf was OK. Prima locatie, uitzicht op zee. Appartement heeft alleen 1 badkamer met een toilet en een apart toilet. Let op! Dus geen 2 badkamers zoals verhuurder zegt. Het aparte toilet noemt zij een badkamer zonder douche. Misleidend dus!!! Voor de rest geen op of aanmerkingen.'

'Wonderful studio with comforts of home. Staff was welcoming and insightful on city. Highly recommend Placete 1620, great area for walking to Granada highlights. Breakfast at Cafe Agustin a must, for a typical Spanish breakfast with the locals. Quick, delicious, affordable & cash only. '

'It was short walking distance to most places.There are Lots of restaurants , cafes , and mini supermarket .AL Hambra was 20-30 min walking but bus stop was less than 5 min walk. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Claudia took extra time to give us directions and recommendations. Would definetely stay again'

'3성급 숙소지만 톨레도 4성급 호텔보다 좋았습니다. 새로 단장한 듯 내외부가 깔끔하고 관리도 잘되고 있었습니다. 가장 가까운 주차장(22유로)이 5분거리이고, 대성당 앞이라 유동인구가 밤늦게까지 많았지만 방음이 완벽해 숙면에 문제 없었습니다. 욕실과 침대, 주방시설 또한 깔끔 그 자체 였습니다. 스페인 7박 중 가장 완벽한 숙소였고, 그라나다를 다시 방문한다면 숙소는 여기입니다. 알함브라와 니콜라스 전망대는 이사벨광장에서 버스를 타야하지만, 그리 멀지 않습니다.'

'Phil Green always responded very quickly to my mails. The process of reservation and payment went very easy. Although the living room is not very big, the house has every thing you need. It is a clean house on a save park. The swimmingpool area is nice and clean also. And the best of all is that you are in just a couple of steps on the beach, which is big and has several cosy restaurants. Don't forget to hire a car to enjoy the beautiful little villages nearby, the coastal line and some hidden...

'The apartment is in the middle of the old centre of Granada, next to the Arabic quarter, great spot. The apartment itself is comfortable, it only is a pity the shower is on the living room floor instead of the sleeping room floor. Very enjoyable stay though.'

'The room and accomodation was very clean, and that’s a HUGE plus for me but what I did not know is that this is a student stay… So the room did not had ANY equipment or amenities besides a microwave and fridge (other than shown on the pictures). The pool is only for long stay students and you can not use it all day long. You get 2 towels and 1 toiletroll, they don’t clean/change them. There is a garage that you can use so that was nice. The location is also good if you want to travel around. Big...
