'We loved this house. Great neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, breweries, art galleries. We had some challenges with communication with the realty managing it. Once we were in touch with the actual property manager, things went very smoothly. This house has a minimum 30 day stay. Housekeeping came once and did a minimal clean.'

'This property was perfect for my needs. I was looking for a quiet retreat to celebrate a milestone birthday and this place was secluded. The hill was excellent for my morning run. '

'Awesome place great facilities a little bit out there if your planning on visiting Asheville but not terrible, view makes it worth it. Super clean plenty of places to sleep and comfortable beds. Had an issue with the hot tub but I'm not sure it it was user error or what. Would stay again though! '

'The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. '

'We have just returned home from a weekend at this VERY charming cottage like home in Fletcher, NC! We were in town for a wedding and this was the PERFECT location for all the activities involved. My son and his wife flew in from Chicago to join us and the airport was literally 5 minutes away! That being said, the home was tucked away on a wooded private cul de sac and you’d never know how close you were to the airport and other amenities. It was so clean and comfortable and would stay here...

There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again. '

'This property allowed us to enjoy a mountain retreat while giving easy access to all the Asheville activities. Quick access to the mountain to sea trail and Blue Ridge Parkway provided plenty of hiking opportunities. The house was accurately described and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Please pay attention to the owners notes about bears and trash. We were lucky enough to see 4 bears at the property. Very cute, but be aware. We would definitely book this rental again. '
