'We enjoyed many aspects of our stay, but our first room had a very strong urine odor. Most likely a pet from a previous stay had urinated on the carpet. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the housekeeping manager came to inspect the room but said she could not detect the smell. The hotel did respond by arranging for the carpet to be cleaned and shampooed, so we stayed in the room that night. 'There was no body wash or conditioner provided in the rooms, only shampoo, which we were told to use as body wash as well. The dish soap was essentially water with only a small amount of soap in it and appeared to be diluted by about 90%. 'If I could give this more stars I would. The property itself is beautiful, from the view to the living room everything was perfect. Vlad was extremely nice (and funny) and helpful helping us find the best routes to hikes and finding us a driver for our very early train ride. This was amazing stay and I can’t wait to come back.'
