'Nice old house in a great location…just needed some extra care to make it just right….no shampoo? One little bar of soap for each bathroom..and I mean little!No napkins, paper towels…basic items could go a long way here.'

'We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we could have needed for our weekend break.The house was welcoming, clean and a short walk to the high street. Lots of little extras/attention to detail made our stay very enjoyable. Bedrooms were all comfortable with crisp white linen. Having 3 bathrooms is a must as a family of 5 with 3 teenagers for the morning rush. They were happy so we were able to get ready and out with no drama’s to enjoy the day exploring Aldeburgh and the surrounding...

The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a nice family vacation in a quiet area with easy access to days out such as Jimmy's farm.'

'The property was lovely, nice enclosed garden for the dog. The property had everything we needed including a stair gate and a travel cot. The property seems completely new.'

'Beautiful property , very tastefully furnished and clean . Beds comfortable.Only complaint is the patio doors/ windows could do with a good clean, also the decking outside needs sweeping and all the glass railings brushed and washed.'

'We had a great stay. The property is spacious and comfortable and well fitted out with everything you need for home comforts. The location is great just a 15 minute to the beach and town while being closely located to a friendly pub and a Co-op and a tesco store for all of your groceries. Parking for a single car on the drive and street parking. We were very pleased with our choice of accomodation'

'Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front....

'Overall quite nice but many areas were tired and a bit grotty. The house was quite cold on arrival which didnt help. The only proper shower was in the ensuite but was in need of a bit of a deep clean. It served its purpose for our 2 night stay to attend a family funeral.'
