'Excellent house -very comfortable , well -equipped and a very convenient location on the main street with shops/ cafes etc close by. Only downside was that the outside space / yard at the back was very limited , and even during the lovely weather we had during our stay, it was somewhat gloomy! However it was only a short stroll to the beach …. Parking not a problem , although limited to 2 hours during the day outside the house , there was plenty of space near the White Lion hotel on the front....

'Our family stayed at the property in May 2024 and had a great time. The house is excellent and has everything you would expect of a property in this price range.The location is great, close to Aldeburgh and with easy access to the other local towns and amenities. I would definitely recommend this property for someone looking for a nice family vacation in a quiet area with easy access to days out such as Jimmy's farm.'

'Some issues with this property, disherwash door & shower door broken, was resolved the same day. Inside windows are very dirty. Rest of house clean. It has 2 bathrooms one upstairs and one down stairs with a bath under the stairs. Doesn’t say it’s downstairs we assumed both were upstairs. Wi-Fi virtually non existent signal on and off during the day NO signal in the evening. Was reported but nothing was done about it, needs a provider with a good signal. 'We are a group of friends who have holidayed together for over 40 years. Our stay at spring house was wonderful. The space, ambience and beautiful grounds made a perfect setting for another memorable get together. We would thoroughly recommend it.'

'We only stayed for one night (booked for 5) as my wife fell down the stairs on the second day and broke her arm. The stairs were very steep and the treads were not deep enough to take more than around half the foot. This should have been properly explained in the description and is most definately not suitable for anyone young or old who has any difficulty in walking or negotiating stairs. As my wife suffers from a condition that effects her balance we most definately would not have booked this...

'We had a great stay. The property is spacious and comfortable and well fitted out with everything you need for home comforts. The location is great just a 15 minute to the beach and town while being closely located to a friendly pub and a Co-op and a tesco store for all of your groceries. Parking for a single car on the drive and street parking. We were very pleased with our choice of accomodation'
