Villa Lago is a charming terraced house located in Puerto de Alcudia, one of the most privileged areas of the island. Its proximity to the best restaurants, shops, and local services, along with the beach just 1 km away, make this property the ideal place to enjoy unforgettable holidays.



The property has three comfortable bedrooms, distributed over two floors. On the upper floor are two of the bedrooms: a double room, ideal for couples, and a twin room, perfect for friends or family. The third bedroom is single and is located on the first floor, offering an intimate and cosy space. The full bathroom is also on this floor, providing comfort and privacy for guests.



On the ground floor, there is a toilet with a shower, ideal for use after a day at the beach or pool. Villa Lago has a private garden and a shared pool, which is exclusively accessible to the property's neighbours. This pool, surrounded by green areas, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The pool hours are from 10:00 to 21:00 hrs, guaranteeing moments of rest and recreation.



The location of the villa is unbeatable. Just 600 metres away, you can find the only water park in the area, ideal for family enjoyment. Additionally, the historic centre of Alcudia is just a few minutes by car, where you can explore its streets full of history, as well as enjoy its vibrant nightlife and its bars and restaurants.



Villa Lago offers the perfect balance between comfort, tranquillity, and location. It is the ideal place to relax, explore, and enjoy the wonders of Mallorca. Free air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 hours and from 20:00 to 08:00 hours, allowing you to enjoy pleasant temperatures during the warmest moments of the day.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
