Facing the beautiful "Bay of Pollença", between the white sandy beaches of Mal Pas we find this luxurious Villa. Literally 10 steps from the sand and sea, and situated in a quiet and not too touristy area, it is the perfect retreat for those seeking the calm and peace of the island.



The beauty of this house is that you have all the benefits of peace and quiet without being too far from all the local bars, restaurants, marina and facilities of Bonaire-Malpas that are accessible on foot.



The villa is family orientated and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a great holiday in paradise.

It is perfectly designed with the kitchen and living room separated from the bedrooms by a hallway. Perfect for entertaining guests, it has a large open plan living room with built-in fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with large glass windows overlooking the bay.



There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in total, two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. Two further bathrooms on the other side of the house.



Please be aware:

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
