Beautiful two bedroom apartment situated on the seafront and very close to the marina of Puerto de Alcudia.

If you are looking for an apartment with direct access to the beach, as well as proximity to Puerto de Alcudia with all its shopping and leisure facilities, the Blue Carabela Apartment is the right choice for you. Due to its beachfront location it benefits from a light sea breeze that cools you on hot summer days.

The apartment sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. In addition, the apartment has a sofa bed measuring 150x190 cm, with room for two people.

The apartment has two bathrooms with shower. It has a bright living/dining room with comfortable furniture and Smart-TV. The kitchen is open and fully equipped to make wonderful meals while contemplating the Mediterranean Sea.

From the living room you can reach the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals in the open air. As a guest at Blue Carabela Apartment you have access to the shared private swimming pool with sun loungers reserved exclusively for the residents of this building.

Note 1. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. There are three small outside steps and three inside steps to access the apartment.

Note 2. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the guest from their obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 3. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 4. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 5. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 6. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 7. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
