A Beautiful and cozy 2 floor home in Pennsylvania.

Our house (approx. 2000 sq ft) is located in a secure gated community in Albrightsville PA. It has 3 bedrooms (3 bedrooms on 2nd floor), 2 bathrooms, large well equipped kitchen and beautiful and spacious living room with dining area. Each of the bedrooms on 2nd floor has queen size bed and large closet (one of bedrooms on 2nd floor has queen size bed, sleepsofa bed and travel crib available). Bathroom on 2nd floor has bathtub so you can take a quick shower as well as long bubble bath. Outdoor cameras are security cameras because it's a commons area. They are in the front pointing at the driveway, in the back of the home by the pool and, on one the side of the house pointing at the back porch, for safety and protection of the home and guests who are staying. There are also stickers on the windows that show that the exterior of the home is being monitored.
For extra guests, you'll be charged extra depending how long you stay. Also, the ONE THING to please respect is the hot tub. It is NOT a toy, it is a very expensive piece of equipment that we kindly provide with the home. The hot tub is not meant for taking baths nor putting synthetic objects in there because it will damage it and there will be a lot of fixing that will not be cheap.

There is also big driveway for up to 4 cars.

On 1st floor there is large kitchen equipped with all needed appliances including but not limited to large fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker. You will find various pots and pans, cups, utensils, pantry with various spices and herbs and much more. You can have a quick snack by kitchen island, or table, or you can choose to have your meal in a living room by large dining table (holding 8-12 people).

On the first floor there is also a room that has a sofa and you can just relax and hang out and it has a soccer table to play with.

In a living room there are 2 large sofas, 47” hd tv, (netflix available), blue ray, landline phone, wifi internet.

There is also laundry with washer and dryer.

There is 2nd bathroom on 1st floor with shower.

Kitchen sliding door open to a beautiful large porch (12 x40 feet) and backyard where you will find large gas bbq grill (no charcoal), fire pit and outdoor pool available on summer months and hot tub to enjoy all year round. Hot tub fits 4 guests at a time.

The community where the house is located has a clubhouse, five lakes, 2 outdoor pools and also a kiddie pool (open starting late June). There are tennis courts and basketball courts as well (all community amenities are available with guest passes-we have 10 of such passes allowed by the community to have for guests). House is located very short walk from one of five lakes.

The house is located close to many attractions among them you can find Camelback ski resort (30 minute drive), Camelbeach water park (30 minute drive), Pocono Raceway (15 minute drive), The Corssings Premium outlets for shoppers (25 minutes away), Shoprite supermarket (15 minute drive) so you can conveniently buy all you need once you arrive
