Finca Sant Jaume is a typical Menorcan farmhouse located less tan 1km from Son Bou beach and bars and restaurants, and 5km from Alaior. The capital town Mahon and the port are less than 15 minutes drive away.

Exterior:
The property is surrounded by beautiful Menorcan countryside, guaranteeing both privacy and tranquility. The patio at the front of the house is furnished with a garden swing and table and chairs and next to the swimming pool is a further exterior dining area, with a shaded pergola and stone barbeque. Behind the pool is a large grass lawn and trees providing natural shade.

Interior:
The house has been decorated with rustic furniture, in keeping with the architecture of the building. Rooms are distributed over two floors:
Ground floor: entrance hall, lounge/dining room, kitchen with dining area, 1 double bedroom (1.50m) with air-conditioning, dressing room and en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom (2x90), 1 twin bedroom (accessed via stairs) with air-conditioning, 1 shower room.
