'My hubby and I needed a few days with our toes in the sand and the sound of crashing waves - and this unit at Sugar Beach worked great!! We wanted easy access to the beach and clean, comfortable accommodations. We did not need a big space, so this unit fit our needs perfectly. It is best suited for 1-2 people. Do note that there are two other units in the same building. I knew that when I booked this, but my neighbor did not so just be sure you're clear that you are not going to have the whole building to yourself. 'Great location for concert at the Coca Cola Amphitheater. The host was very responsive (we did not have any issues, but questions I had were answered immediately). Check in was easy. Apartment was clean, well appointed and decorated nicely. '

'You really can't appreciate this rental until you stay. For the same price of a hotel room, you get all the amenities of a full home. No fighting over the bathroom. You can cook or grill your own meals. Relax in a tranquil location. And the hosts are so accommodating. '

'Overall the location was fine. But the host didnt want to give a refund after saying she would. Got kicked out by the leasing office and police as this wasnt supposed to be used for vaction rentals and she was violating her lease. And there were a lot of issues regaurding cleanliness and property damage that were as such when we arrived.'
