'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Nice updated room. The walls are a bit thin, but it is a historic building, so I expected it. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend!'

'The air conditioner worked really well. The one downside i did have was the room wasnt vacumed all that well. The ladt receptionist at the front desk wasnt the most polite, the outside area was littered with trash. For the price I paid, id highly re consider next time.'

'There were ink stains on the bed and two beyond extremely thin pillows on each bed. One bed did not have a matching comforter and just looked dingy white (but it was clean). The AC unit had a broken panel but it worked and there was trash on the grounds outside my room. The staff were very friendly and personable. '

'Loved everything about the place, except the breakfast. While there was hot bagels and engliah muffins. I would expect a hot breakfast from such a nice fancy place. No scrambled eggs or pancakes or french toast or bacon. Still loved the stay!'
