Upstairs you will find two single bedrooms for children and a double bedroom (Sofa bed 160/200) which share a bathroom with separate toilet. You can also enjoy a master suite (double bed 160/200) bathed in light, with its own private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden and the surrounding hill.

Under the framework, on the second floor, there is a large dormitory with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet.

The pool house, located on the garden level with large bay windows opening onto the outside, the terrace and the swimming pool, is a real outbuilding equipped with an open kitchen, a sofa bed (140/200) and a private bathroom.

The apartment, with an independent entrance and a private garden, is a charming two-room apartment with a fitted kitchen open to a living room and a double bedroom with shower room.

The terraced garden offers several spaces to relax, take meals and enjoy leisure facilities such as the swimming pool, sunbeds, table tennis, giant trampoline, chicken coop and vegetable garden.

Villa Rosa is perfectly located to discover Provence during your holidays with family or friends. Cleaning at the beginning and end of the stay is included, but the tourist tax is collected extra.

In short, Villa Rosa is an exceptional property, tastefully renovated and offering high standard comfort, in a privileged area of Aix-en-Provence.
